It has been a while hasn't it? Yup. I've been around... just not here. I sort of gave up on this place? In a way? I feel like if I'm around here too much, I get depressed and kick myself a bunch. Then on the other hand, I feel rather uninspired when I'm not here! Go figure. ANYWAY! I'm not promising anything. After months and months and months of saying maybe I'd try to get something up... I'm just not going to say it anymore! When it happen, it happens.

Lately, I've been working on some cards for Valentine's Day and just general sketching. I've been knitting and sewing a bit as well. Finished a giant painting a couple days ago for a contest. It's not so impressive, but it's interesting to look at.

AAAANNND... I'm done!

I figure that maybe if I say "I'M NEVER POSTING ANYTHING AGAIN!" I'll actually post something...? I'm alive and well! The semester has been going nice so far... aside from the mounting pile of homework and ridiculous amount of tests I've already had and have more of this week! D: Not my favourite. Art is sort of progressing. I have drawing and painting but I don't feel like they're very instructional. :/ Maybe I'll take class with Imaginism? That might give me something to do. I think now I need to be totally engrossed in my NOT art studies so I can be done with where I'm at and move on to the next level of my life. It's feeling pretty rut-like around here.

Anyway, how's everyone else? Good I hope!

My birthday was splendid. Much Harry Potter things were done and eaten and played, it was a good time. After much waiting my boyfriend finally, FINALLY, FIIINNNAAAALLLLLYYYYY gave me my present. A giant, hand-sewed Toothless from How to Train your Dragon. He wins the best boyfriend ever award. I always wanted a Toothless! I want to buy a leash for him and have him be my seeing-eye Toothless.

Also, I had the opportunity to go to Comic Con last Friday. It was WAY cool and a fun experience. My friend Kevin is the coolest ever. I will definitely be in attendance next year DRESSED UP! Yeeeah!

I have sketchings and things to post once I clean them up on my computer. That could take years... hahah!

My friends are at AX this weekend, selling our comic bookus. Apparently they've sold half of what they ordered, which is pretty decent! Getting our name out there is a good deal. As soon as everyone gets home we will be making a website for THE ORANGE TIE AFFAIR (because caps grabs your attention then smashes it in your face)! Let me pimp out the blog here right now:
